This product of high uniformity and cleanness has resulted from a process of thorough dry and wet foreign body removal and cleaning from naturally occurring impurities like dust and soil. It combines the benefits of natural unhulled sesame along with a touch of the distinct nutty taste of roasted sesame. The product is packed 99.97% free from impurities at the highest hygiene standards. As an extra safeguard the product is treated in EcO₂ modified atmosphere chambers, and through a 100% chemical free treatment it is delivered pest free to our client's excluding the risks of fumigation residues.
This type of sesame retains its nutritious and rich in fibre husk providing a safe and wholesome ingredient at its purest form for the bakery and confectionary professional. Shelf life recommendation-storage : 12 months, at 12-26^oC.
