Sesame production

The design of the sesame processing facility allows spatial separation and isolation for each processing stage. This is coupled with controlled access and movement of staff according to assigned workstations and duties. All processing stages including the multiple phases of cleaning and foreign material removal, washing, hulling, drying and roasting, employ mechanical means only. This is done without the use of any additive at any stage, preserving quality, taste and the nutritional value of the product. Our custom-made dryers and roasters are unique and technologically advanced; a result of accumulated experience, and expertise.

  A validated heat treatment system for the seeds adds an extra safeguard to final product integrity. All product passes metal detection. The whole process is computer controlled and ensures product safety, quality, and uniformity.
