Recipes | Tahini dips

1) with cumin
  • 150 gr Macedonian Tahini
  • 80 ml Virgin sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • juice from half lemon
  • 1 teaspoon cumin or cumin seeds
 

2) with mustard

  • 150 gr Macedonian Tahini
  • 80 ml Virgin sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • juice from half lemon
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder and mustard seeds
 

3) with paprika

  • 150 gr Macedonian Tahini
  • 80 ml Virgin sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • juice from half lemon
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika or chilly if you like it hotter

Blend the sesame oil, the lemon juice, the salt, the ground cumin or the mustard or the paprika and as soon as the ingredients homogenize , add the tahini and the cumin seeds or chilly or mustards seeds, mix well and the dip is ready.

4) with garlic

  • 150gr Macedonian Tahini
  • 80 ml Virgin Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • juice from half lemon
  • 1/2 garlic clove
  • dill
 

5) with ginger

  • 150gr Macedonian Tahini
  • 80 ml Virgin Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • juice from half lemon
  • 1 piece of ginger (nut size)
 

Pulp the garlic or the ginger with the sesame oil, the lemon juice and the salt and as soon as the ingredients homogenize, add the tahini, the chopped dill (recipe no 4), mix well and the dip is ready.
