Recipes | Sesame tuiles

 

  • 300 gr sesame seeds
  • 250 gr sugar
  • 100gr soft flour
  • 8 egg whites
  • 75 gr butter
 
     

Mix the sesame seeds, sugar and the flour into a large metallic bowl. Stir the egg whites. Add the butter and homogenize the ingredients. Place the batter into a pastry bag, pipe nickel-size rounds on parchment lined sheet pan and bake in preheated oven at 200oC for 5 minutes. As soon as they come out of the oven, form them into any kind of shape that you like (cone, cylinder etc). Fill them with a mixture of tahini and honey.
