Recipes | Chicken Salad


  • Chicken breasts cut into slices
  • 1 small iceberg salad torn into bite size pieces
  • 1 lettuce torn into bite size pieces
  • 1 heart of chicory torn into bite size pieces
  • 2 kiwis thinly sliced
  • 3 spring onions thinly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 tablespoon pine nuts
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1 tablespoon hot mustard
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 100 gr Virgin Sesame Oil

In a big bowl combine the vegetable, the chicken, the raisins and the pine nuts. Blend into a sauce the egg yolks, mustard, vinegar and sesame oil. Season with salt. Pour the sauce on the salad, slice the egg whites, mix and serve.
