Recipes | Brushcetas with garlic and mushrooms


  • 8 tablespoons Virgin Sesame oil
  • 4 large slices of bread or 8 small ones
  • 2 garlic cloves cut into half
  • 300 gr Portobello or Pleurotous mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons chopped basil
  • 4 slices goat cheese
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • cherry tomatoes

Clean the mushrooms and spread sesame oil on them. Grill them until they soften. Grill the bread slices until they get crispy on both sides. Rub the garlic cloves on the grilled bread. Slightly grill the cheese and place it on the bread. Beat the rest of the sesame oil with the vinegar and the basil and pour it all over the brushcettas. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with cherry tomatoes.
